For short-term projects we are likely to use members of our permanent staff. The advantage of using our staff for these projects is that we get to know your business, and you get to know us better. Having an outside team who does not need any ramp up time and that are ready to step in and assist you at any time provides a great back-up solution.
For longer-term projects, or for larger or more complex projects, we may bring in outside consultants to help. For any project or engagement that requires outside consultants, we will conduct professional screening and skills testing, along with thorough background checks to give you peace of mind.
If your contract needs evolve into the requirement to hire the position full time, we will work with you to help convert our outside consultants into your full time employees. Using Contract-to-direct-hire employees is a great way to learn if they have the appropriate skills and if they are a cultural fit with your organization. By going this route, much of the risk and potential liability is removed from the hiring process.
